1. You need to decide first what it is you want. Are you looking for a device that get’s you to your email and websites even when your not in reach of WiFi? Then you will have to go with a 3G model. In case you’re fine without 3G because you’ll only use it in those cases you’re within reach of (free) WiFi coverage you’re best of choosing a WiFi model. The desktop model Series 3 is great for at home.
2. Before buying one make sure you know what you’re getting. I say this because the operating system used is, albeit being great, different from a windows OS. Get acquainted with the endless possibilities here.
3. Depending on which model and manufacturer you go for you good use some peripherals.
